When you planned your fishing holiday in Devon, you would of have of envisioned lazy afternoons by the lake and the thrill of reeling in a catch. Looking forward to the calming sounds of nature drowning out life’s chaos. What I be you didn’t expect was to witness the breathtaking display of the Northern Lights. An adventure turned out to be much more than just a break; it became a memorable encounter with nature that'll be cherished forever.

So there's been a few episodes of being able to see the Northern Lights in Devon this year, normally its a joy and treat for our cousins north of the wall, that you know nothing john snow fella and he's kin.
Last Thursday the auroa app on my phone was pinging away and Niki and i had a date night at the cinema to watch the new Joker Movie, bit odd! but as we approcahed Woolacombe the sky was lit up and we managed to catch a glimps of the colours in the sky over wonderful North Devon.

So after the movie, we dashed back home via the costal roads in awe, when back at Cranford i took a wander around the lakes and took a few pics, so lucky to see them this far south. hope you like them.
