Hi all, it's been super busy here at Cranford Fishing Holidays. Bookings are coming in thick and fast and we really appreciate everyone coming to see us, it finally feels like we're back to normal after the past few years with Covid throwing a spanner in the works.
So after years of Niki saying we need to join the 21st century, we've had a winter project and turned the old store room into a communal space & yep with wifi, for those who have visited us previously, you'll all know we're in the land that time forgot and our broadband speed has always been a comical 1.5mbps, so we're gone 4G and have a half decent speed for the ole interweb, apart from that its generally a space to chill out and kick back (very Cranford).
The fishing this year has been great, what a fabulous spring!! apparently weve had more sunshine this year so far than the total of last year!!! good for the soul.
Plenty of decent catches and everyone seems to be enjoying the peace and calm weather.
The Sporning season is over with most getting giggy at the beginning of May and the Carp mid May, took a week to 10 days to slowly get back to normal. Bait wise there a no speacials to mention. Some cracking Rudd have been coming out of the bottom pool on worm.
The New tench in the middle pool seem to be settling in and a couple of the new 20's have popped out of the top lake, unfortunaley not by me tho!! i've been targeting them for a few sessions on 20mm Krill and not a sniff, plenty of mid doubles but none of the new girls... Happy for the guests bagging them tho! Honestly!!!!!!:)
We still a have a few cottages free throughtout the year if you fancy some Cranny Time.
Looking forward to crossing paths!!!!
Cheers and Best
